Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

International Shipping & Customs We ship globally to get our products to you wherever you are. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages While we strive to ensure every order arrives within the 7-12 day window, unexpected courier delays or unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team with your name and order number. We will investigate immediately and ensure your package gets to you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
